888poker “$5,000 Freeroll Every Day Offer” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions of the “$5,000 Freeroll Every Day” promotion (this “Promotion”) under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to each eligible player on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) who has never had a player account with 888poker.com, 2 Tournament Tickets to the daily "$5,000 Freeroll" (the “Daily Freeroll”) upon registration with 888poker.com and 4 Tournament Tickets for the Daily Freeroll upon his first deposit into his 888poker.com account. All times are EDT.

This Promotion will run concurrently with any welcome bonus offer or any registration bonus offer on 888poker.com.

Before accepting the Tournament Tickets, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not accept or claim the Tournament Tickets. The terms and conditions for this offer are to be read in conjunction with:
(i) the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and
(ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. This Promotion shall commence on June 8, 2104 at 12:00 pm and shall conclude on the conclusion of the last Daily Freeroll which is to begin on July 31, 2014 at 8:05 pm (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion) (the “Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
2. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
3. A player who: (i) completes the full registration process; and (ii) confirms his email address by responding to our verification email (“Verification Email”) via clicking on a link contained within such Verification Email up until 2 days before the end of the Promotion Period, may be entitled to 2 Tournament Tickets to the Daily Freeroll.
4. A player who: (i) completes the full registration process; and (ii) makes a first time deposit equal to or greater than $10 (or otherwise as may be determined by us in our sole discretion) into his 888poker.com account up until 2 days before the end of the Promotion Period, may be entitled to 4 Tournament Tickets to the Daily Freeroll.
5. Players who have made their first deposit in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Promotion Period and complete a daily challenge (the “Daily Challenge”) provided by 888poker.com, will receive 2 extra Tournament Tickets for the Daily Freeroll. Players will automatically receive the 2 extra Tournament Tickets within 72 hours of completing each Daily Challenge.
6. The first Daily Challenge will be sent to a player’s email address within 72 hours after making their first deposit on 888poker.com. By way of example a Daily Challenge may mean that a player is challenged to play in three tournaments on a specified day on 888poker.com.
7. We will cease sending Daily Challenges to the relevant players 120 hours prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
8. Players must complete their Daily Challenge as specified by us.
9. Players must complete their Daily Challenge 96 hours prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
10. The Daily Challenges begin at 12:01 am and need to be completed by 11:59 pm. Tournaments or games that end after 11:59 pm will not be counted towards the completion of the Daily Challenge.
11. Players can only participate in one Daily Challenge per day during the Promotion Period.
12. Players can login & logout of their 888poker.com account multiple times during each Daily Challenge without it affecting their contribution to completing the Daily Challenge.
13. Tournaments with free buy-ins and Heads-Up tables are not counted towards the total number of tournaments needed to complete the challenge.

15. To view the times of the Daily Freeroll, participants should access the poker games lobby.
16. For the Daily Freeroll, players will receive entry chips. The structure of the Daily Freeroll – including the maximum number of entrants, the rate of blind escalation, and the prize distribution structure – is shown in the tournament lobby. The Daily Freeroll will end when one player has accumulated all of the chips in play. When a player loses all of his chips, he is knocked out of the Daily Freeroll. If two or more players are eliminated in the same hand, the player(s) who began the hand with fewer chips will be deemed to have been eliminated first, for the purpose of calculating payouts.
17. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend the prize-pools of the Daily Freeroll, the distribution of prize-pools of the Daily Freeroll and the times which the Daily Freeroll is held.
18. The Daily Freeroll will require at least 100 participants to register for each Daily Freeroll for the Daily Freeroll to take place, if less than 100 players register in relation to a Daily Freeroll, the Daily Freeroll may be cancelled.
19. Registration for each Daily Freeroll shall open approximately 24 hours before the start time of such Daily Freeroll as shown in the tournament lobby. We may decide in our absolute discretion to change, alter or cancel the registration to any Daily Freeroll at any time.
20. The Tournament Tickets granted under this Promotion can be accessed by players from the ‘My Tournament Tickets’ page (under ‘My Profile’ tab) or directly from the poker games lobby.
21. Only one Tournament Ticket per player may be used per Daily Freeroll.
22. Players have up to 14 days from the date the applicable Tournament Ticket is granted or until the end of the registration period for the last Daily Freeroll to use the Tournament Tickets distributed under this Promotion, whichever comes first.
23. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change the frequency of the Daily Freeroll.
24. All winnings generated by the Tournament Tickets may be withdrawn immediately.
25. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by a player or any third party.
26. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or discontinue this Promotion at any time.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
