888poker’s “80% Rakeback” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC may grant, at its sole discretion, an 80% rakeback (“80% Rakeback”) on poker cash games (up to $100) held on us.888poker.com.

  1. This promotion starts on August 8, 2014 at 8:00 AM and ends on August 9, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”) at 8:00 AM or at any prior date of our choosing.
  2. Players will be notified of this promotion by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com.
  3. A player who has deposited into his 888poker account may receive 80% Rakeback on all the poker cash games played during the Promotion Period.
  4. A player who is already accumulating or receiving any rakeback or Status Points in another promotion with 888poker will not be eligible to participate in the 80% Rakeback promotion.
  5. The 80% rakeback is capped at $100.
  6. Players will receive an email with a link to claim the 80% Rakeback 72 hours after the end of the promotion. Players must respond via the link within 7 days of the email being sent. If a player does not do so, their right to participate in this promotion shall expire.
  7. The 80% Rakeback is an Immediate Bonus that can be wagered immediately after being credited to a player’s account.
  8. A Player must earn 3 Status Points for every $1 of the bonus before the 80% Rakeback and any winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds can be withdrawn.
  9. The 80% Rakeback and any winnings and any winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds will expire if the necessary Status Points have not been earned within 90 days from when the 80% Rakeback was credited to a player’s 888poker account.
  10. We reserve the right to increase the rakeback percentage without notification to you.
  11. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
  12. We may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
  13. A player may participate in this 80% Rakeback promotion only once.
  • The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
  • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
  • Valid only in New Jersey.
