888poker’s “Beat the Heat” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“We”) may grant, at its sole discretion, Tournament Tickets to the $888 Daily Freerolls held at us.888poker.com (“888poker”).

All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST/EDT (as applicable).

1. This promotion starts on August 3, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on September 21, 2014 at 12:00 PM or at any prior date of our choosing (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com.
3. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one person for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
4. A New Player may receive 3 Tournament Tickets to the $888 Daily Freerolls.
5. A “New Player” is defined as a person who during the Promotion Period: (i) completes the full us.888poker.com registration process; and (ii) confirms his email address by clicking the relevant link in the 888poker verification email at least 2 days before the end of the Promotion Period.
6. A Depositing Player may automatically receive 6 Tournament Tickets to the $888 Daily Freerolls.
7. A “Depositing Player” is defined as a person who makes his first real money deposit into his 888poker account during the Promotion Period.
8. An Existing Player may automatically receive 3 Tournament Tickets to $888 Daily Freerolls.
9. An “Existing Player” is defined as a person who has completed the registration process prior to the Promotion Period beginning.
10. A Depositing Player and Existing Player can receive 3 more Tournament Tickets to $888 Daily Freerolls, each day that they complete one of these daily challenges:
    
    
    • Play in 30 real money eligible raked hands. Eligible raked hands refers to the amount of hands counted post-flop.
    • Play in 5 real money tournaments.
11. The daily challenges begin at 12:00 AM and need to be completed by 11:59 PM on the same day. Only real money tournaments or raked hands that end before 11:59 PM will be counted towards the completion of a daily challenge.
12. Players may only complete one daily challenge per day.
13. The final daily challenge must be completed 72 hours before the start of the final $888 Daily Freeroll.
14. Heads up tournaments and freerolls do not count toward completing a daily challenge.
15. A player will receive their additional Tournament Tickets to the $888 Daily Freeroll within 72 hours after they complete a daily challenge.
16. The unused Tournament Tickets granted under this promotion to the $888 Daily Freerolls, will expire at the end of the registration period for the last $888 Daily Freeroll held on September 21, 2014.
17. A minimum of 100 registered players is required for a $888 Daily Freeroll to take place. If less than 100 players are registered, such $888 Daily Freeroll may be cancelled.
18. To view the times, prize pools and distribution of prizes of the $888 Daily Freerolls, players should log in to the client and in the poker lobby.
19. Registration to each $888 Daily Freeroll will open 24 hours before the each $888 Daily Freeroll's start time. We may decide in our absolute discretion to change, alter or cancel the registration to any $888 Daily Freeroll at any time.
20. A player may access his $888 Daily Freeroll Tournament Tickets from the "My Tournament Tickets" page in the "My Profile" tab or directly from the poker lobby.
21. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend the prize-pools of the $888 Daily Freeroll, the distribution of prize-pools of the $888 Daily Freeroll and the times which the $888 Daily Freeroll is held.
22. Only one Tournament Ticket per player may be used per $888 Daily Freeroll.
23. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.

Must be 21 or older to gamble. Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any Caesars Interactive promotion.
