888Poker "24/7 Freerolls" Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site ("888poker.com") tournament tickets ("TrTs") to the daily freeroll tournaments (the "Daily Freerolls") in accordance with this "24/7 Freerolls" promotion (this "Promotion").

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. If you have any questions regarding this Promotion please contact our support staff at supportnj@888.com.

1. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with the
   (i) us.888.com Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").
   (ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy ("Bonus Policy").
   
   In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
2. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; or (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
3. This Promotion shall begin on January 13, 2014 at 00:01 EST and shall conclude on March 6, 2014 on the conclusion of the last Daily Freeroll Tournament (the "Promotion Period") (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Promotion immediately at any time.
4. During the Promotion Period, we shall be running every hour a freeroll tournament which shall have the following guaranteed prize-pools: $2,000, $1,500, $1,000, $500, $200, $100, $50, $30 and $20 (the "Freeroll Tournaments"). The prize pool which is on offer every hour shall be at our sole discretion. The aggregate daily (calendar) prize pool shall not be greater than $7,150.
5. To view the order and the prize-pools of the Freeroll Tournaments, participants should access the 'My Tournament Tickets' page (under 'My Profile' tab) or the poker games lobby.
6. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend the prize-pool of the Freeroll Tournaments, the times which the Freeroll Tournaments are held and the aggregate daily-prize pool.
7. The registration for each of the Freeroll Tournaments will be restricted to a maximum number of players which shall be displayed in the tournament lobby. All Freeroll Tournaments will require at least 10 participants to register for them to take place, if less than 10 players register in relation to a Freeroll Tournament, the Freeroll Tournament may be cancelled and the applicable Tournament Ticket will then be returned to the player. 8. Registration for each Freeroll Tournament shall open approximately 1 hour before the start time of such Tournament as shown in the tournament lobby. Freeroll Tournaments starting after more than 2 hours will be announced accordingly. The Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to change, alter or cancel the registration to any tournament at any time.
9. Only TrTs granted in accordance with this Promotion may be used for the Freeroll Tournaments.
10. The TrTs granted under this Promotion can be accessed by players from the 'My Tournament Tickets' page (under 'My Profile' tab) or directly from the poker games lobby.
11. Only one TrT per player may be used per Freeroll Tournament.
12. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
13. All withdrawals from player accounts are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
14. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.

    Existing Players

15. Funded Players: A player who: (i) prior to the Promotion Period has an 888poker.com account and has previously made an initial deposit into such account; (ii) responds to our confirmation email (the "Confirmation Email") by clicking on the relevant link within the Confirmation Email; (iii) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com; and (iv) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey ("Funded Player"), may be entitled to participate in this Promotion and receive 24 TrTs (unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion).
16. All TrTs granted in accordance with Section 15 above will automatically expire following 24 hours after such Funded Player has clicked on the relevant link contained in the Confirmation Email or upon the conclusion of the registration process for the last Daily Freeroll Tournament, whichever is the earlier.
17. Newly Funded Players: A player who: (i) has completed the registration process at 888poker.com but has yet to make a first time deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit amount as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time into his 888poker.com account; (ii) during the Promotion Period makes a first time deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit amount as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time into his 888poker.com account; (iii) responds to our Confirmation Email by clicking on the relevant link within the Confirmation Email; (iv) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com; and (v) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey ("Newly Funded Player"), may be entitled to 48 TrTs (unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion).
18. All TrTs granted in accordance with Section 17 above will automatically expire following 48 hours after such Newly Funded Player has clicked on the relevant link contained in the Confirmation Email or upon the conclusion of the registration process for the last Daily Freeroll Tournament, whichever is the earlier.

    Newly Registered Players

19. Newly Registered Player: A participant who during the Promotion Period: (i) registers with 888poker.com but does not make a first time deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit amount as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time into his 888poker.com account; (ii) responds to our Confirmation Email by clicking on the relevant link within the Confirmation Email; (iii) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com; and (iv) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey ("Newly Registered Player"), may be entitled to 24 TrTs (unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion).
20. All TrTs granted in accordance with Section 19 above will automatically expire following 168 hours after such Newly Registered Player has clicked on the relevant link contained in the Confirmation Email or upon the conclusion of the registration process for the last Daily Freeroll Tournament, whichever is the earlier.
21. If a Newly Registered Player also makes a first time deposit during the Promotion Period equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit amount as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time into his 888poker.com account and responds to our additional Confirmation Email by clicking on the relevant link within the Confirmation Email, in addition to the 24 TrTs granted, they will receive an extra 48 TrTs. Such TrTs will automatically expire 48 hours after the Newly Registered Player has clicked on the relevant link contained in the Confirmation Email or upon the conclusion of the registration process for the last Daily Freeroll Tournament, whichever is the earlier.
22. If a Newly Registered Player has previously had any account with 888poker.com or us.888casino.com ("888casino.com") then they shall not be able to participate in this Promotion (unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion).
23. 23. Funded Players, Newly Funded Players, Newly Registered Players as well as Newly Registered Players who have made a deposit into their 888poker.com accounts during the Promotion Period shall be able to claim their TrTs by responding to the Confirmation Email up until the conclusion of registration for the final Daily Freeroll Tournament. If TrTs have not been claimed by such time they will automatically expire.

24. Reload Challenges

25. Newly Funded Players and both Funded Players and Newly Registered Players who make a deposit into their 888poker.com account during the Promotion Period, shall be eligible to receive an extra 24 TrTs for use in the Freeroll Tournaments if they complete their personalized "Reload Challenge" which shall be sent to them the via email. By way of example a "Reload Challenge" may mean that a player is challenged to play in three tournaments on a specified day on 888poker.com.
26. 888poker.com will cease sending Reload Challenges to players 120 hours prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
27. Players must complete their "Reload Challenge" as specified by 888poker.com.
28. Successful players who complete their "Reload Challenge" will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of completing the "Reload Challenge" and must click on the relevant link within the confirmation email in order to claim their TrT. Such TrTs will expire following 48 hours, from the player clicking the relevant link on the confirmation email subject to Section 27.
29. Players must complete all their "Reload Challenge" 96 hours prior to the opening of the registration process for the last Daily Freeroll Tournament.
30. The "Reload Challenges" begin at 00:01 EST and needs to be completed by 23:59 EST. Tournaments or games that end after 23:59 EST will not be counted towards the completion of the "Reload Challenge".
31. Players will not be able participate in more than one "Reload Challenge" per day during the Promotion Period.
32. Players can login & logout of their 888poker.com account multiple times during each "Reload Challenge" without it affecting their contribution to completing the "Reload Challenge".
33. Tournaments with free buy-ins and Heads-Up tables are not counted towards the total number of tournaments needed to complete the "Reload Challenge".

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). 888 Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii
