• What are 24/7 Freerolls?
  They are a series of free hourly tournaments with guaranteed prize pools that players can win. Each week of Freerolls has a total prize pool of $50,000
• I'm already an 888poker member - how can I take part in this promotion?
  Check your EMAIL INBOX to claim your first Freerolls. Once you have clicked on the link in the email to claim them, you will get your tickets and be automatically registered for this promotion.
• I have checked my EMAIL INBOX but can't find the email for this promotion. What is my next step?
  If you can't find the email with your Freeroll tickets, please check your junk mail folder. If you still can't find the email, please contact our support team.
• I just claimed my Freerolls - when can I start playing?
  Once you claim your new Freeroll tickets, you can start playing. Note: that they have expiration dates according to the prizes you get. You can see all your tournament tickets on the 'My Tournament Tickets' page under 'My Profile'.
• I received 24 tournament tickets - which tournaments can I register for?
  You can register for all the 24/7 Freeroll tournaments for the next 24 hours in the poker lobby.
• How can I get more Freeroll tickets?
  (i) If you are first time depositor at 888poker, make sure you make your first deposit and reload your account with 48 hours of more freerolls.
  (ii) If you have deposited at 888poker in the past, check your EMAIL INBOX for your challenge in order to reload your account with more tickets.
  
  Please note: All reload challenges are counted daily from 00:00 to 23:59 EST.
• Where can I see how many Tournament Tickets I have in my account?
  It's easy. Click 'My Profile' - 'My Tournament Tickets' in the 888poker lobby.
