888poker’s “Sit & Go Sale” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC may grant, at its sole discretion, a 25% refund on the buy-in for Sit & Go tournaments (up to $25) held at us.888poker.com.

All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST/EDT (as applicable).

1. This promotion starts on July 17, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on August 10, 2014 at 12:00 PM or at any prior date of our choosing.
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com.
3. All players will receive 25% back on their buy-in for any Sit & Go tournament played over a weekend during the promotion period.
4. A weekend is defined as starting Thursday at 12:00 AM and ending Sunday at 11:59 PM
5. Sit & Go Tournaments that are eligible for the promotion must begin in the hours designated as a weekend.
6. The 25% refund is capped at $25 per weekend.
7. Player will receive an email with a link to claim the refunded amount within 72 hours of the end of the weekend.
8. The bonus will expire after seven days after the claim email is sent to you.
9. The bonus is an Immediate Bonus, and after the bonus has been credited to a player it may be wagered immediately
10. Players must earn 3 Status Points for every $1 of the bonus before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn.
11. The bonus and any winnings will expire if the necessary Status Points have not been earned within 90 days from when the bonus was awarded.
12. Participation in this promotion is only available to a player who has made at least 1 (one) successful deposit into his 888poker account.
13. “Heads Up” Sit & Go tournaments are not included in this promotion.
14. We reserve the right to increase the refund percentage without notification to you.
15. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
16. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.
