Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, cashback on tournament buy-ins and cash games at us.888poker.com.

  1. This promotion starts on December 22, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on December 31, 2014 at 11:59 PM.
  2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
  3. Players who make a deposit of $20 or more in the 888cashier using the promotion code “HOLIDAYS2014” will be eligible for this promotion (“Eligible Player”).
  4. Promotion code “HOLIDAYS2014” must be entered exactly as written. Players will not be eligible for the promotion if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
  5. During the promotion period, players who make a qualified deposit will be eligible for:
    • 50% refund on all contributed rake
    • 50% cashback on all buy-ins
  6. Total combined rakeback and cashback is capped at $100.
  7. Both the rakeback and the cashback will be added to a player’s account as cash and will not have any wagering requirements.
  8. The rakeback and the cashback will be collected on a daily basis and will be added together and placed in the Eligible Player’s account the following day.
  9. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service.
  10. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
  • The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
  • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
