888Poker’s 80% Rakeback Promotion Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) cash amounts in accordance with this 80% Rakeback promotion (this “Promotion”).

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with the:

(i) us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service").

(ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; and (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
2. This Promotion shall begin on January 15, 2014 at 12:00 EST and shall conclude on January 31, 2014 at 24:00 EST (the “Promotion Period”) (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Promotion immediately at any time.
3. To participate in this Promotion, a player has to be at least 21 years of age, located in New Jersey, have deposited into his 888poker.com account and is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com.
4. Players who bet $500 or more on cash games on a calendar day (00:01 EST - 23:59 EST) during the Promotion Period will receive 80% Rakeback (“80% Rakeback”) on their play in poker cash games until April 30, 2014 from the date on which they have met the threshold (the “Start Date”), subject to point 5 below.
5. Players will receive the 80% Rakeback granted to them on a weekly basis. Every Sunday following the Start Date, they will be sent a claim email (the “Claim Email”) to which they must respond by clicking on the relevant link within the Claim Email sent to them. The Claim Email must be responded to within 7 days of reciept otherwise the Claim Email will automatically expire (the “Expiry Date”). All 80% Rakeback granted under this Promotion will be credited to a player’s 888poker.com account automatically following his response to the Claim Email prior to the Expiry Date.
   

   a. The final claim email will be sent to the player on May 4, 2014 for cashback accrued in cash games played during the last week of April.

6. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
7. All withdrawals from player accounts are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
8. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
