888poker’s “BLAST Boost Promotion” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“Site”), one or more bonus BLAST tournament tickets (“Free Tickets”) for use on BLAST tournaments on the Site ("BLAST Tournaments"), during the Promotion Period defined below. The Free Tickets will be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this “BLAST Boost Promotion” (this “Promotion”). Promotion begins on September 27th, 2020 at 10:00 AM and ends on September 26th, 2021 at 9:59 AM ("Promotion Period") All times contained in these terms and conditions are in Eastern time.

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with:

(i) the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and

(ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy or the Terms of Service and the terms of this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Participation in this Promotion may only take place during specific time periods notified by us to you during the Promotion Period (each, an "Event") with Event starting and ending dates and times stated in an email, pop up, or other method of communication from which these terms and conditions are linked (each, an "Event Notification").
2. Promotion is only available to you if you have received an Event Notification. Event Notifications are personal to you and you may not forward or otherwise communicate them to any other person.
3. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit the participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
4. To participate in this Promotion, you must be at least 21 years of age, located in New Jersey, have deposited at least once into your account on the Site, and be eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on the Site.
5. In order to receive a Free Ticket, you must, during the Promotion Period:
   (i) receive directly an email or pop-up from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked;
   (ii) login to your account on the Site; and
   (iii) play and win at least five (5) BLAST Tournaments on the same day ("Qualifying Tournaments").
6. If you have not yet deposited into your account on the Site, you will not be eligible to receive any Free Ticket.
7. Each Free Ticket may be used only for entry into BLAST Tournaments with a buy-in equal to its value.
8. The value of the Free Ticket awarded will be equal to the lowest buy-in amount of the five Qualifying Tournaments used to receive that Free Ticket.
9. The Free Ticket will be awarded to you up to 48 hours of your completing the steps in Point 4 through an email and/or pop-up that contains a claim link. You must click on the claim link in order to get the Free Ticket. If you do not click the relevant claim link in the email/pop-up within three (3) days of the Site sending the email or displaying the pop-up to you, you will not be eligible to receive the Free Ticket.
10. The Free Tickets granted under this Promotion can be accessed by you from the ‘My Tournament Tickets’ page (under ‘My Profile’ tab) or directly from the poker games lobby.
11. The Free Tickets granted under this Promotion must be used within one (1) week of receipt. Any unused Free Ticket(s) will expire and become void if not used within such period.
12. Each player will be eligible to receive a maximum of two (2) Free Tickets per day during the Promotion Period.
13. We may modify the terms of the Promotion or terminate this Promotion at any time. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such modification or termination will not apply to the relevant winnings already earned by you in accordance with the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the modification or termination.
14. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and in the occasion the Promotion is so terminated, any winnings will be forfeited by you.

    • The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
    • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
    • Valid only in New Jersey.
