888poker’s “Valentine King” Promotion Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) the prizes and bonus below in accordance with this Valentine King promotion (this “Promotion”). All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST.

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with the:
(i) us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”).

(ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
2. This Promotion shall begin on February 6, 2014 at 00:00 and shall conclude on February 13, 2014 on the conclusion of Poker Tournament (as defined below) (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Promotion immediately at any time.
3. To participate in this Promotion, a player has to be at least 21 years of age, located in New Jersey, have previously deposited into his 888poker.com account and is eligible under applicable law to play real-money games on 888poker.com.
4. We will be holding a “Valentine King” poker tournament on February 13, 2014 at 21:00 (the “Poker Tournament”).
5. Players will receive a Tournament Ticket to the Poker Tournament by depositing at least $25 in one go and entering the promotion code Love888 into the 888poker.com cashier when making the deposit. Players will be able to receive a Tournament Ticket up until the Poker Tournament begins.
6. Players may only use the promotion code once. The Poker Tournament is strictly limited to one entry per qualifying player.
7. First place in the Poker Tournament will receive a $1000 voucher for the Jean-Georges restaurant located at 1 Central Park West, New York, NY 10023 (the “Voucher”) and a guaranteed prize-pool of $500 will be distributed amongst players who take part in the Poker Tournament in accordance with the prize-pool distribution in the 888poker.com tournament lobby (the “Prize Pool”).
8. All players who make the minimum deposit and enter the promotion code will also be credited within 72 hours with $10 cash to their 888poker.com account (“Cash”).
9. Cash must be wagered three times before a player may withdraw such bonus amount.
10. The Voucher may only be used in one go and may not be split up into separate amounts. Any unspent part of the voucher will immediately expire following the Voucher’s use and any unspent amount may not be carried over.
11. Tournament Tickets can’t be used by a player in a tournament to re-buy chips in the event he has lost all his chips in his original stack nor can any Tournament Ticket be used by a player to add chips to his stack during a tournament.
12. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change the Prize Pool or the distribution of Prize Pool at any time, please regularly check the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
13. We reserve the tight to replace the Voucher with another prize (such replacement prize shall not be of a lower recommended retail value than the Voucher).
14. You hereby waive all claims and demands which you may have against us, our affiliates and any of their service providers in relation to Prize Pool, distribution of Prize Pool or the Voucher being changed.
15. The Voucher is provided “ as-is” and we do not make any warranty or representation, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise) with regards to the Voucher including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. We shall not be liable for any acts or omission of any third party’s actions in relation to a player’s use of the Voucher.
17. Please allow approximately 60 calendar days for delivery of the Voucher.
18. We reserve the right to use a third party vendor to provide the Voucher to the first placed player of the Poker Tournament.
19. The Voucher will be at your risk from the time it leaves our suppliers or deliverer’s premises. Ownership of the Voucher will only pass to you upon delivery to you.
20. Third party terms and conditions may apply to a player’s use of the Voucher.
21. Any Section of this Promotion which by the nature of its language is intended to survive the expiration of this Promotion shall accordingly survive such termination.
22. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
23. All withdrawals from player accounts are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
24. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
