888poker's "Hallo-Win" Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, will hold a poker tournament where winners will receive prizes and cash (individually a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”).

  1. This promotion starts on October 28, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on November 1, 2014 at 8:00 PM, with the HalloWIN Freeroll on November 3, 2014 at 7:00PM.
  2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
  3. Players can receive a ticket to a HalloWIN Freeroll by making a deposit of $20 or more in the 888cashier using the promotion code “SPOOKY”.
  4. Promotion code “SPOOKY” must be entered exactly as written. The freeroll ticket will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
  5. The HalloWIN Freeroll will take place on November 3, 2014 at 7:00 PM ET.
  6. Players may register for the freeroll any time after the freeroll ticket has been added to a player’s account.
  7. The prizes for the freeroll will be as follows:
    • 1st place: PlayStation 4 – Valued at $638
    • 2nd place iPad Air – Valued at $535
    • 3rd – 10th places: 888poker t-shirt + $10 cash
    • 11th – 20th places: 888poker cap + $5 cash
    • 21th – 30th places: 888poker branded deck of cards + $2
  8. The winners will be contacted by 888poker’s customer support within 72 hours of their win to provide details on how to obtain their prize.
  9. All net winnings of $600 or more (1st Place Prize) will require a 1099. In accordance with 13:69O-1.9(n), Caesars Interactive Entertainment accounting/auditing will review, complete and send IRS tax forms to the patrons that have taxable events for poker and casino games and will release player’s funds once completed fax form are returned and confirmed.
  10. All prize money will be added in a player's account within 72 hours of the player’s win and are available for immediate withdrawal.
  11. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
  12. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
  • The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
  • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
  • Valid only in New Jersey.

Must be 21 or older to gamble. Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any Caesars Interactive promotion.
