888poker’s “Women’s Day Freeroll” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, will hold a poker tournament with a $1,500 prize pool.

• This promotion starts on March 3, 2015 at 12:00 AM and ends on March 8, 2015 at 7:59 PM, with the Women’s Day Freeroll being held on March 8, 2015 at 8:05 PM.
• Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
• Female players will automatically receive a ticket in their account to the Women’s Day Freeroll.
• Male players who wish to enter the tournament must make a deposit of $20 or more in the 888cashier using the promotion code “WDAY2015”.
• Promotion code “WDAY2015” must be entered exactly as written. The freeroll ticket will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
• The Women’s Day Freeroll will take place on March 8, 2015 at 8:05 PM ET and will have a prize pool of $1,500. Tournament rules and payout structures are detailed in the tournament lobby, listed in the 888poker software.
• Players may register for the freeroll any time after the freeroll ticket has been added to a player’s account.
• Prize pool distribution for the Women’s Day Freeroll is listed in the table below.
• In addition to the prize pool, there will be a prize for the player causes 888poker Ambassador Jessica Dawley to lose the tournament:
  • Jessica Dawley will be playing using the username: “Jessica888”
  • The player who wins the hand that causes Jessica Dawley to exit the tournament will win a tournament ticket worth $200.
  • Jessica Dawley’s buy-in will be provided by 888poker; any winnings generated by Jessica Dawley during the course of the tournament will be hers to keep. That complies with the regulation according to the Agreement between AAPN New Jersey, LLC, and Jessica Dawley.
  • The buy-in will be recorded and taxes remitted in accordance with 1.9.
• The Women’s Day Freeroll is subject to the 888poker House Rules.
• This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service.
• 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.
