888Poker’s “MAD MONTH” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) FreePlay, bonuses and tournament tickets (“TrTs”) in accordance with terms and conditions of this “MADMONTH” promotion (this “Promotion”). All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST. Please note that on March 9, 2014 all applicable times contained in this Promotion will switch to EDT.

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. If you have any questions regarding this Promotion please contact our support staff at supportnj@888.com.

This Promotion will run concurrently with any welcome bonus and registration offer on 888poker.com.

1. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with the
   (i) us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”).
   (ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).
   In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
2. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; or (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
3. This Promotion shall begin on March 5, 2014 at 12:00 and shall conclude on the conclusion of the $88,888 Freeroll Tournament which shall be held on April 6, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”) (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Promotion immediately at any time.
4. From March 7, 2014 until April 4, 2014 (inclusive), we shall be running freeroll tournaments every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday each with a guaranteed prize-pool of $8,888 and in addition on April 6, 2014 a final freeroll tournament will be held with a guaranteed prize-pool of $88,888 (collectively the “Freeroll Tournaments”).
5. To view the times of the Freeroll Tournaments and the distribution of the prize-pools, participants should access the poker games lobby.
6. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend the prize-pools of the Freeroll Tournaments, the distribution of prize-pools of the Freeroll Tournaments and the times which the Freeroll Tournaments are held.
7. The registration for each of the Freeroll Tournaments will be restricted to a maximum number of players which shall be displayed in the tournament lobby. All Freeroll Tournaments will require at least 200 participants to register for them to take place, if less than 200 players register in relation to a Freeroll Tournament, the Freeroll Tournament may be cancelled. 8. Registration for each Freeroll Tournament shall open approximately 48 hours before the start time of such Freeroll Tournament as shown in the tournament lobby. The Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to change, alter or cancel the registration to any Freeroll Tournament at any time.
9. The TrTs granted under this Promotion can be accessed by players from the ‘My Tournament Tickets’ page (under ‘My Profile’ tab) or directly from the poker games lobby.
10. Only one TrT per player may be used per Freeroll Tournament.
11. All FreePlay credited to a player's account must be used within 14 days from being credited to a player’s account. Any unused FreePlay will be removed from the account thereafter.
12. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
13. All withdrawals from player accounts are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
14. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.

    Registered And Funded Players

15. Any person who has registered with 888poker.com (“Registered Player”) or any player who has deposited with 888poker.com prior to the start of the Promotion Period (“Funded Player”) will receive a free “MADMONTH PACKAGE” which will consists of a free TrT to an $8,888 freeroll tournament of the persons choice and $8 FreePlay for use on selected casino games.
16. Registered Player: A Registered Player who during the Promotion Period makes an initial deposit into his 888poker.com account, may be entitled to a welcome bonus which is capped at $888 (the “Welcome Bonus”) subject to applicable terms and conditions. Following a Registered Player’s initial deposit such player will receive an extra two TrTs which may be used on any of the $8,888 Freeroll Tournaments subject to Section 11.
17. Funded Players: A Funded Player who during the Promotion Period deposits into his 888poker.com account and correctly enters the promotion code MAD888 into the 888poker.com cashier will receive a bonus amount equal to such deposit, with such bonus amount being capped at $888 (the “Deposit Bonus”). The Deposit Bonus is limited to one per Funded Player.

    a. The Deposit Bonus may be gained by a player in $10 increments each time the player has collected 10 Status Points per every $1 of the Bonus. For example: If you make a first deposit of $100, then you will gain your Bonus in pending installments of $10; each time you generate 100 Status Points, $10 will be released into your account up to 100% of your deposit amount = $100.

    c. The Deposit Bonus shall expire following 90 days from the date of the Funded Player’s applicable deposit.

    Reload Challenges

18. Funded Players and Registered Players who make a deposit into their 888poker.com account during the Promotion Period, shall be eligible to receive an extra TrTs for use in any of the $8,888 Freeroll Tournaments if they complete their personalized “Reload Challenge” which shall be sent to them the via email. By way of example a “Reload Challenge” may mean that a player is challenged to play in three tournaments on a specified day on 888poker.com.
19. We will cease sending Reload Challenges to applicable players 72 hours prior to the end of the Promotion Period or when player has received 14 TrTs as a result of completing 14 Reload Challenges whichever is the earlier.
20. Players must complete their “Reload Challenge” as specified by us.
21. Players must complete all their “Reload Challenge” 24 hours prior to the opening of the registration process for the last $8,888 Freeroll Tournament.
22. The “Reload Challenges” begin at 00:01 EST and needs to be completed by 23:59 EST. Tournaments or games that end after 23:59 EST will not be counted towards the completion of the “Reload Challenge”.
23. Players will not be able participate in more than one “Reload Challenge” per day during the Promotion Period.
24. Players can login & logout of their 888poker.com account multiple times during each “Reload Challenge” without it affecting their contribution to completing the “Reload Challenge”.
25. Tournaments with free buy-ins and Heads-Up tables are not counted towards the total number of tournaments needed to complete the “Reload Challenge”.

    $88,888 Freeroll Challenge

26. Funded Players and Registered Players who make a deposit into their 888poker.com account during the Promotion Period, shall be eligible to receive a TrT for use in the $88,888 Freeroll Tournament if they complete their personalized “Final Freeroll Challenge” which shall be sent to them the via email.
27. Players must complete all the “Final Freeroll Challenge” prior to the opening of the registration process for the last $88,888 Freeroll Tournament.
28. Players must complete their “Final Freeroll Challenge” as specified by us.
29. Players can login & logout of their 888poker.com account multiple times during the “Final Freeroll Challenge” without it affecting their contribution to completing the “Final Freeroll Challenge”.
30. Tournaments with free buy-ins and Heads-Up tables are not counted towards the total number of tournaments needed to complete the “Final Freeroll Challenge”.
