888poker’s “Poker Night in America Cash Game Qualifiers – CA” Tournament Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may hold, at its sole discretion, a poker tournament that will award a prize package to the Poker Night in America cash game held at The Thunder Valley Casino, Lincoln CA from January 29, 2016 – January 31, 2016 at us.888poker.com (“888poker”).

All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST/EDT (as applicable).

   • Registration time: Players may register for the tournament up to 23 days before the start of the tournament
   • Minimum players: 10
   • Maximum players: 2,000
   • Starting chips: 5,000
   • Buy in/Fee: $135 / $15
   • Blinds: 12 minutes
   • Decision time: 20 seconds
   • Time bank: 40 seconds
   • Time bank refresh rate: every 5 levels
   • Players per table: 9
   • Guaranteed prize pool: One Poker Night in America Cash game Prize package (detailed below), multiple packages may be granted in the Poker Night in America Cash Game Qualifier tournament, based on the size of the overall prize pool
   • Late registration: 120 minutes from start of tournament
   • Scheduling: One time
   • Prize Pool distribution: The first-place winner of Poker Night in America Cash Game Qualifier tournament will win one prize package to the Poker Night in America cash game held at The Thunder Valley Casino, Lincoln CA (the “Poker Night in America Tournament Package”) which consist of:

     • $5,000 which will be used by 888poker to pay for the player’s buy-in to the Poker Night in America Cash Game held at The Thunder Valley Casino, Lincoln CA.
     • $1,000 which will be used by 888poker to cover travel to the Thunder Valley Casino, Lincoln CA and lodging expenses for the nights of January 29 - 31. Any unspent amount (if any) will be added to the player’s bankroll.
   • 888poker guarantees 2 Poker Night in America packages only. If the total prize pool covers more than 2 Poker Night in America packages the winning players (3rd, 4th etc.) will get their prize in cash.
2. In order to accept the Prizes, each winner will have to provide his express written consent to being filmed and agree that we may use his name, photograph and likeness in any media to promote 888poker. In the event that such winner does not agree to this, the Prizes will be awarded to the second place player, if the player in second place does not agree to this, the Prizes will be awarded to the third place player in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament etc.
3. The winners will be contacted by 888poker’s customer support within 72 hours of their win to arrange for transfer of the relevant prizes.
4. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or be transferred to a third party by a player.
5. Additional third party terms and conditions may apply to the Prizes.
6. The winner will be responsible for his use of the Prize. We and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates disclaim any and all liability in connection with the Prizes, including in relation to the nature and quality of the Prize and any harm which may occur to the person who uses the Prize. A person who uses the Prize will have no claim or demand against us and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates in respect of their use of a Prize.
7. Prize values are calculated on the basis of retail prices quoted by third party suppliers.
8. The Prizes are offered on unchangeable dates. If the winner is unable to make use of the Prize on such dates, second place will be awarded the Prize, if the player in second place is unable to use the Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the third place player in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament etc. The Promoter will not be obligated to compensate a player who can’t use the Prize in any way.
9. A player may only win one Prize.
10. By participating in this tournament, the user of the Prize grants 888poker the right to provide his personal details to third party vendors in order that the player may use the Prize. This

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will audit and account for the tournament in accordance with Internal Control Section 13:69O-1.9.
• This tournament is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.

Must be 21 or older to gamble. Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC promotion.
