888Poker’s “Poker Night in America Qualifiers – Atlantic City” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, two prize packages to the Poker Night in America tournament held at the GOLDEN NUGGET CASINO from January 16, 2015 - January 18, 2015 .(individually a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”)

1. This promotion starts on November 17, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on January 11, 2015 at 12:00 PM.
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
3. The following prize packages will be offered as prizes during the promotion period:
   • A cash package to the Poker Night in America held at the Golden Nugget Casino (the “Poker Night in America Cash Game Package”), each of which consists of:
     • $5,000 which will be used by 888poker to pay for the player’s buy-in to the Poker Night in America cash game, and
     • $500 which will be used by 888poker to cover travel to the Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City and lodging expenses for the nights of January 16 and 17. Any unspent amount (if any) will be added to the player’s bankroll.
   • One tournament package to the Poker Night in America held at the Golden Nugget Casino (the “Poker Night in America Tournament Package”) which consists of:
     • $1,100 which will be used by 888poker to pay for the player’s buy-in to the Poker Night in America casino Main Event, and
     • $500 which will be used by 888poker to cover travel to the Golden Nugget Casino and lodging expenses for the nights of January 16 and 17. Any unspent amount (if any) will be added to the player’s bankroll.
4. To be eligible to win the Poker Night in America Cash Game Package, a player must finish 1st in the Poker Night in America Televised Cash Game Qualifier, which will take place on January 11, 2015 @ 8:30 PM ET.
   • Players can only enter the Qualifier by winning the weekly “Poker Night in America freeroll”.
     • The freeroll will take place every Thursday from November 20 – January 8 at 8:30 pm.
     • First place winner will receive a seat at the in the Poker Night in America Televised Cash Game Qualifier.
     • 2nd and 3rd place will win free entry to the Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 3;
     • 4th – 10th places will win free entry to the Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 2;
     • 11th – 50th places will win free entry to the Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 1;
5. In addition to the prize pool, a there will be a prize for causing radio personality Craig Carton to lose the tournament:
   • Craig Carton will play using user name “LOUDMOUTH”;
   • A player who wins the hand that causes Craig Carton to exit the tournament will win one ticket to the Poker Night in America Tournament Package Qualifier.
6. All prizes will be added to a player’s account within 72 hours after the win.
7. To be eligible to win the Poker Night in America Tournament Package, a player must finish in 1st in the Poker Night in America Televised Tournament Qualifier, which will take place on January 11, 2015 @ 9:30 PM ET. To take part in the qualifier players can either:
   
   • Pay the $500 buy-in—player must complete registration in the 888poker lobby prior to the start of the event; or
   • Win an entry by competing in a series of satellites tournaments (detailed below)—player must complete registration in the 888poker lobby prior to the Step he chooses to enter; or
   • Win the hand that causes Craig Carton to exit the “Poker Night in America freeroll”.
   Satellite Tournaments
   There are three different satellite tournaments levels to the Poker Night in America Televised Tournament Qualifier which are as follows:
   
   • • Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 1:
     • Buy-in: $1
     • Runs 6 times @ 10:00 AM , 3:00 PM , 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM ET every day until the end of the promotion period
     • Winner receives a seat to Step 2
   • Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 2:
     • Buy-in: $11
     • Runs 2 times @ 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM ET every day until the end of the promotion period
     • Winner receives a seat to Step 3
   • Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 3:
     • Buy-in: $85
     • Runs every Sunday @ 6:00 PM ET until the end of the promotion period
     • Winner receives a ticket to the Poker Night in America Televised Tournament Qualifier.
8. In order to accept the Prizes, the each winner will have to provide his express written consent to being filmed and agree that we may use his name, photograph and likeness in any media to promote 888poker. In the event that such winner does not agree to this, the Prizes will be awarded to the second place player, if the player in second place does not agree to this, the Prizes will be awarded to the third place player in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament etc.
9. The winners will be contacted by 888poker’s customer support within 72 hours of their win to arrange for transfer of the relevant prizes.
10. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or be transferred to a third party by a player.
11. Additional third party terms and conditions may apply to the Prizes.
12. The winner will be responsible for his use of the Prize. We and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates disclaim any and all liability in connection with the Prizes, including in relation to the nature and quality of the Prize and any harm which may occur to the person who uses the Prize. A person who uses the Prize will have no claim or demand against us and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates in respect of their use of a Prize.
13. Prize values are calculated on the basis of retail prices quoted by third party suppliers.
14. The Prizes are offered on unchangeable dates. If the winner is unable to make use of the Prize on such dates, second place will be awarded the Prize, if the player in second place is unable to use the Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the third place player in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament etc. The Promoter will not be obligated to compensate a player who can’t use the Prize in any way.
15. A player may only win one Prize.
16. By participating in this promotion, the user of the Prize grants 888poker the right to provide his personal details to third party vendors in order that the player may use the Prize. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
17. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.

• A winners list will be sent to CIENJ Accounting department and compared to the prize matrix.
• The appropriate 1099 (if winner entered via a promotion) or W-2G forms (if winner entered via a buy-in) will be required for all prizes. Documentation will be sent to the CIE-NJ and the appropriate tax document will be sent to the winner via secure email. The patron must sign the required tax document and return to the CIE-NJ Accounting department prior to the funds and/or prize being released to the patron.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
