888Poker’s “Poker Night in America Qualifier” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, two prize packages to the Poker Night in America tournament held at the Rivers Casino, 777 Casino Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 (“Rivers Casino”) on November 14, 2014 - November 17, 2014 (individually a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”).

All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST/EDT (as applicable).

1. This promotion starts on September 10, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on November 2, 2014 at 12:00 PM
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
3. The following prize packages will be offered as prizes during the promotion period:
   
   • Two cash packages to the Poker Night in America held at the Rivers Casino (the “Rivers Casino Package”), each of which consists of:
     
     • $5,000 which will be used by 888poker to pay for the player’s buy-in to the Poker Night in America cash game, and
     • $1,000 which will be used by 888poker to cover travel to the Rivers Casino from New Jersey and lodging expenses for the nights of the 14 - 17 of November. Any unspent amount (if any) will be added to the player’s bankroll.
   • One tournament package to the Poker Night in America held at the Rivers Casino (the “Rivers Tournament Package”) which consists of:
     
     • $1,100 which will be used by 888poker to pay for the player’s buy-in to the Poker Night in America casino Main Event, and
     • $1,400 which will be used by 888poker to cover travel to the Rivers Casino from New Jersey and lodging expenses for the nights of the 14 - 17 of November. Any unspent amount (if any) will be added to the player’s bankroll.
4. To be eligible to win the Rivers Casino Package, a player must finish in 1st or 2nd in the Poker Night in America Televised Cash Game Qualifier, which will take place on November 1, 2014 @ 7:05 PM ET.
   
   • Players can enter the Qualifier by completing one of the following three methods:
     
     • Paying the $500 buy-in—player must complete registration in the 888poker lobby prior to the start of the event; or
     • Winning an entry by competing in a series of satellites tournaments (detailed below)—player must complete registration in the 888poker lobby prior to the Step he chooses to enter; or
     • Winning 1st place in a Poker Night in America Qualifying Freeroll which occurs every Friday at 8:30 PM ET until the end of the promotion period—player must complete registration in the 888poker lobby prior to the start of each Freeroll he enters.
5. To be eligible to win the Rivers Tournament Package, a player must finish in 1st in the Poker Night in America Main Event Tournament Qualifier, which will take place on November 2, 2014 @ 7:05 PM ET.
   
   • Players can enter the Qualifier by completing one of the following three methods:
     • Paying the $500 buy-in--player must complete registration in the 888poker lobby prior to the start of the event; or
     • 
       Satellite Tournaments
       
       There are three different satellite tournaments levels which are as follows:
   • Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 1:
     
     • Buy-in: $1
     • Runs 6 times @ 10:00 AM , 3:00 PM , 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM ET every day through Friday October 31, 2014
     • Winner receives a seat to Step 2
   • Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 2:
     
     • Buy-in: $11
     • Runs 2 times @ 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM ET every day through Friday October 31, 2014
     • Winner receives a seat to Step 3
   • Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournaments Step 3:
     
     • Buy-in: $85
     • Runs on Sunday October 26, 2014@ 6:00 PM ET and Saturday November 1, 2014 at 3:00 PM ET
     • Winner receives a ticket to the Poker Night in America TV Cash Game Qualifier.
6. In order to accept the Rivers Casino Package or the Rivers Tournament Package, each winner will have to provide his express written consent to being filmed and agree that we may use his name, photograph and likeness in any media to promote 888poker. In the event that such winner does not agree to this, the Prize will be awarded to the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament second placed player, if the player in second place does not agree to this, the Prize will be awarded to the third place player in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament, etc.
7. The winners will be contacted by 888poker’s customer support within 72 hours of their win to arrange for transfer of the relevant prize.
8. A Prize may not be exchanged for cash or be transferred to a third party by a player.
9. Additional third party terms and conditions may apply to each Prize.
10. The winner will be responsible for his use of a Prize. We and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates disclaim any and all liability in connection with the Prize, including in relation to the nature and quality of the Prize and any harm which may occur to the person who uses the Prize. A person who uses the Prize will have no claim or demand against us and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates in respect of their use of a Prize.
11. The value of the Prize is calculated on the basis of retail prices quoted by third party suppliers.
12. Winners of a Prize are responsible for taking out their own travel insurance which includes but is not limited to insurance for lost luggage and medical insurance.
13. The Prizes are offered on unchangeable dates. If the winner is unable to make use of the Prize on such dates, second place in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament will be awarded the Prize, if the player in second place is unable to use the Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the third place player in the relevant Poker Night in America Qualifying Tournament etc. The Promoter will not be obligated to compensate a player who can’t use the Prize in any way.
14. A player may only win one Prize.
15. By participating in this promotion, the user of the Prize grants 888poker the right to provide his personal details to third party vendors in order that the player may use the Prize. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
16. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.

• A winners list will be sent to CIENJ Accounting department and compared to the prize matrix.
• The appropriate 1099 (if winner entered via a promotion) or W-2G forms (if winner entered via a buy-in) will be required for all prizes. Documentation will be sent to the CIE-NJ and the appropriate tax document will be sent to the winner via secure email. The patron must sign the required tax document and return to the CIE-NJ Accounting department prior to the funds and/or prize being released to the patron.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.

Must be 21 or older to gamble. Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any Caesars Interactive promotion.
