Terms and Conditions

1. Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”), who have never had a player account with 888poker.com, a registration bonus worth in total $20 (the “Registration Bonus”). The Registration Bonus will be granted in accordance with terms and conditions of this “Registration Bonus Promotion” (this “Promotion”). All times are in EDT/EST (as applicable).
2. Before participating in the Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in the Promotion. 3. The terms and conditions for this Registration Bonus are to be read in conjunction with:
   (i) the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and
   (ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”)..
4. In the event of a conflict between this Promotion, the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or these Registration Bonus terms and conditions, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and Bonus Policy and Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
5. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit the Registration Bonus to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
6. You may only participate in the Promotion once.
7. The Registration Bonus is not available to a player who has or has previously had an account with 888poker.com and/or us.888casino.com (“888casino.com”) (unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion).
8. To participate in the Promotion a player must: (i) be at least 21 years of age; (ii) complete the full registration process with 888poker.com; (ii) confirm his email address by responding to our verification email (“Verification Email”) via clicking on a link contained within such Verification Email within 7 days of the Verification Email being sent; (iii) be eligible under applicable law to play real-money games on 888poker.com; and (iv) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey.
9. The Promotion shall begin on July 10, 2017 at 10 am and shall conclude on December 31, 2019 10 am (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude the Promotion offer immediately at any time.
10. Players may be asked at any stage to provide us with documents to verify his age and/or identity.
11. Players who register on 888poker.com are only eligible for one registration bonus and are not eligible for any other registration bonus offered by 888poker.com or 888casino.com.
12. The Registration Bonus shall consist of:
    • $4 worth of money bonus that shall be credited to the player’s bankroll which can be used on 888poker.com and 888casino.com.
    • 6 Tournament Tickets with a value of $1 each, for use as entry tickets to the poker tournaments (the “Tournament Tickets”), which may only be used on 888poker.com. For more information regarding the Tournament Tickets please see here and here.
    • $10 free play for selected casino games on 888casino.com, which shall be credited to the player’s account. For more information on free play, please see here.
13. In order to use the $10 free play and the $4 worth of money bonus granted under the Promotion on 888casino.com, a player does not need to re-register with such site. In order to access 888casino.com a player can either: (i) use his log-in credentials with the Site on 888casino.com; or (ii) enter 888casino.com thorough the Site’s client.
14. The $4 worth of money bonus, the $10 free play and the Tournament Tickets granted under this Promotion must be used within 7 days from being credited to a players account. Any unused free play, cash and Tournament Tickets granted under this Promotion shall expire 7 days after being credited to a player’s account and shall be removed from the players account following the expiration of such time period.
15. Players may at any time withdraw any winnings generated by the Tournament Tickets used before the expiration date detailed in point 14 above.
16. The $4 worth of money Bonus:
    • The $4 worth of money bonus is an immediate bonus. After the bonus has been credited to a player’s account it will be seen in the players bankroll but will be restricted to cash out.
    • In order to clear the $4 worth of money bonus and convert it to real money a player must accumulate 3 status points for every $1 or wager it in casino at least 30 times.

    • Player will have 60 days from the date the bonus is granted to fulfill this condition.
17. Winnings generated from the $10 free play will be issued to the player only after the player has finished playing all of his free play. In addition, winnings on casino games generated by the $10 free play and the $4 worth of money bonus if any of such bonus is used on casino games, will be granted to you in bonus funds and must be wagered such at least 30 times within 60 calendar days from the date it was credited to your account before being withdrawn. 18. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service , our decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
19. All withdrawals from a player’s account are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
20. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Welcome Bonus offer at any time.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). 888 Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xii.
