888poker’s “Too Much Turkey Freeroll” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, will hold a poker tournament with a $5,000 prize pool.

  1. This promotion starts on November 24, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on December 1, 2014 at 7:59 PM, with the Too Much Turkey Freeroll being held on December 1, 2014 at 8:00PM.
  2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
  3. Players can receive a ticket to the Too Much Turkey Freeroll by making a deposit of $20 or more in the 888cashier using the promotion code “TURKEY2014”.
  4. Promotion code “TURKEY2014” must be entered exactly as written. The freeroll ticket will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
  5. The Too Much Turkey Freeroll will take place on December 1, 2014 at 8:00 PM ET and will have a prize pool of $5,000. Tournament rules and payout structures are detailed in the tournament lobby, listed in the 888poker software.

  7. Players may register for the freeroll any time after the freeroll ticket has been added to a player’s account.
  8. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service.
  9. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
  • The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
  • Any net winnings of $600 or more will require a 1099. In accordance with 13:69O-1.9(n), Caesars Interactive Entertainment accounting/auditing will review, complete and send IRS tax forms to all patrons that have taxable events for poker games and will release player’s funds once completed tax forms are returned and confirmed.
  • Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees.
  • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
  • Valid only in New Jersey.
