888poker’s “Jessica Dawley Bounty Tournaments” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC may hold, at its sole discretion, bounty poker tournaments featuring 888poker professional Jessica Dawley at us.888poker.com.

• This promotion starts on September 7, 2015 at 12:00 AM and ends on September 10, 2015 at 11:59 PM.
• During the promotion period, 888poker Player Jessica Dawley (username “Jessica888”) will be playing in the $2,000 GTD +1 R Tournament which occurs every night at 8:00 pm.
• The tournament lobby can be accessed by logging in to the 888poker software.
• In addition to the prize pool, the tournament will offer a bounty to the player who causes Jessica Dawley to exit the tournament (“the Bounty”).
• The player who knocks out Jessica Dawley will receive their $55 buy-in refunded to them in the form of an immediate bonus.
• The bonus is an Immediate Bonus, and after the bonus has been credited to a player it may be wagered immediately
• Players must earn 3 Status Points for every $1 of the bonus before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Status Points (SPs) are earned for every game or tournament played.
• Players can earn Status Points by: playing in poker ring games - earn 2 SPs for every $1 of contributed rake, playing poker tournaments - earn 2 SPs for every $1 of tournament fee, Playing casino games - earn 1 SP for every $16 wagered in the casino.
• The bonus and any winnings will expire if the necessary Status Points have not been earned within 90 days from when the bonus was awarded.
• All times, buy-in, prize pool, and relevant tournament info will be posted in the tournament lobby.
• This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
• 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
  • Jessica Dawley’s buy-in will be provided by 888poker; any winnings generated by Jessica Dawley during the course of the tournament will be hers to keep. That complies with the regulation according to the Agreement between AAPN new Jersey , LLC and Jessica Dawley.
  • The buy-in will be recorded and taxes remitted in accordance with 1.9.
• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.
