Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”), a welcome bonus of 100% up to $1,500 on the player’s first deposit (the “Welcome Bonus”). The Welcome Bonus will be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this “Welcome Bonus Promotion” (the “Promotion”) All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EDT or EST (as applicable).

Before participating in the Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in the Promotion. 1. The terms and conditions for this Welcome Bonus are to be read in conjunction with:
   (i) the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and
   (ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

   In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit the Welcome Bonus to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
3. The Welcome Bonus is not available to a player who has or has previously had an account with 888poker.com and/or us.888casino.com (“888casino.com”) (unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion).
4. A player who: (i) is at least 21 years old; (ii) is located in New Jersey; (iii) has completed the full registration process with 888poker.com; (iv) is eligible under applicable law to play real money games on 888poker.com; and (v) makes a first deposit equal to or greater than $10 (or otherwise as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time) into his 888poker.com account, may be entitled to a Welcome Bonus.
   By way of example only if a player make first deposit of $600, he will receive a bonus of $600.
5. The Promotion shall begin on July 10, 2017 at 10 am EST and shall conclude on December 31, 2019 at 5 pm (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Welcome Bonus offer immediately at any time.
6. The Welcome Bonus is capped in total at $1,500.
7. The Welcome Bonus may be used on 888poker.com and/or 888casino.com.
8. The Welcome Bonus is a “Pending Bonus” which is a form of bonus funds that is awarded to a player in a restricted state that may not be accessed nor wagered with, but which is released into a player’s real-money bankroll incrementally as he accumulates Bonus Points. The Welcome Bonus may be gained by a player in $10 increments each time the player has collected 10 Bonus Points per every $1 of the Welcome Bonus. For example: If you make a first deposit of $100, then you will gain your Welcome Bonus in pending installments of $10; each time you generate 100 Bonus Points, $10 will be released into your account up to 100% of your deposit amount = $100. No part of the Welcome Bonus will be released for Bonus Points earned that only partially fulfills an incremental Bonus Point threshold.

10. The Welcome Bonus shall expire following 90 days from the date of a player’s Initial Deposit.
11. A player may immediately withdraw his winnings generated by the Welcome Bonus.
12. Players who register via 888poker.com are only eligible for one welcome bonus and/or first deposit bonus and are not eligible for any other welcome bonus and/or first deposit bonus offered by 888poker.com or 888casino.com (unless we specify otherwise in our sole discretion).
13. Further deposits following a player’s Initial Deposit will count in order to reach certain bonus levels. However, only the Initial Deposit amount shall be considered in relation to the awarding of the Welcome Bonus.
14. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
15. All withdrawals from a player’s account are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
16. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Welcome Bonus offer at any time.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
