888Poker “Winter Sale” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) cash amounts in accordance with this “Winter Sale” promotion (this “Promotion”).

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. This Promotion will run concurrently with any welcome bonus and registration offer on 888poker.com.

1. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with the

   (i) us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”).

   (ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

   In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. This Promotion shall only be available to those who have received the applicable invitation email to which these terms and conditions are linked to (“Invitation Email”) or any other person as we determine in our sole discretion.
3. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
4. This Promotion shall begin on December 22, 2013 at 00:01 EST and shall conclude on January 07, 2014 at 24:00 EST (the “Promotion Period”) (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Promotion immediately at any time.
5. A player already has an 888poker.com account: (i) responds to the Invitation Email by clicking on the relevant link within the Invitation Email; (ii) already made his first deposit in the cashier (iii) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com; and (iv) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey, he may be entitled to participate in this Promotion (unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion).
6. A player who: (i) completes the full registration process; (ii) enters the promotion code WINTERSALE (“Promotion Code”) correctly into the 888poker.com cashier; (iii) makes a first deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit amount as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time into his 888poker.com account; (iv) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com; and (v) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey, may be entitled to participate the Promotion (unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion).

7. Players may only use the Promotion Code once.

   (Players who have received the Invitation Email and have completed the steps in Point 5 or 6 as applicable shall be collectively referred to as an Eligible Player).

8. During the Promotion Period all Eligible Players will receive:
   • 50% rake back – in relation to all cash poker games a player will receive a 50% rakeback. The rakeback will be collected on a daily basis and will be added together and placed in the Eligible Player’s account the following day.
   • 50% buy-in discount – in relation to all cash poker tournaments a player will be refunded 50% of his buy-in. The buy-in will be collected on a daily basis and will be added together and placed in the Eligible Player’s account the following day. This 50% buy-in is capped at a maximum of $50 a week.
9. All withdrawals from New Players or Existing Players accounts are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
10. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our (“Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
