888poker’s “Halloween Freeroll” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, will hold a poker tournament with a $1,500 of tournament tickets and casino free play prize pool at us.888poker.com (“888poker”).

1. This promotion starts on October 29, 2015 at 12:00 AM and ends on November 2, 2015 at 8:00 PM, with the Halloween Freeroll being held on November 2, 2015 at 8:05 PM.
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com (“888poker”).
3. Players can receive a ticket to the Halloween Freeroll by making a deposit of $20 or more in the 888cashier using the promotion code “TREAT”.
4. Promotion code “TREAT” must be entered exactly as written. The freeroll ticket will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.

   • Buy in/Fee: Free with ticket
   • Rebuy/Fee: N/A
   • Add-on/Fee: N/A
   • Blinds: 6 minutes
   • Decision time: 20 seconds
   • Time bank: 40 seconds
   • Time bank refresh rate: every 10 levels
   • Players per table: 9
   • Guaranteed prize pool: $1,500 of tournament tickets and casino freeplay
   • Late registration: 60 minutes from start of tournament
   • Scheduling: Once.
   • Prize Pool: The tournament tickets and casino freeplay prize pool distribution is listed in the table below
6. The Halloween Freeroll is subject to the 888poker House Rules.
7. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service.
8. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review reports to assure prizes are paid in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.
