888poker’s “The Deep Freeze” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“We”) may grant, at its sole discretion, Tournament Tickets to the 888 Deep Freeze held at us.888poker.com (“888poker”).

All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST/EDT (as applicable).

1. This promotion starts on November 30, 2014 at 12:00 AM and ends on January 31, 2015 at 12:00 PM (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by visiting the promotion page on us.888poker.com.
3. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one person for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
4. A New Player may receive 5 Tournament Tickets to the 888 Deep Freeze Freeroll tournaments. These Tournament Tickets will expire 7 days after being issued.
5. A “New Player” is defined as a person who during the Promotion Period: (i) completes the full us.888poker.com registration process; and (ii) confirms his email address by clicking the relevant link in the 888poker verification email at least 2 days before the end of the Promotion Period.
6. An Existing Player may automatically receive 2 Tournament Tickets to 888 Deep Freeze Freeroll tournaments.
7. An “Existing Player” is defined as a person who has completed the registration process prior to the Promotion Period beginning.
8. A player can receive more Tournament Tickets to 888 Deep Freeze Freerolls each day that they complete a daily challenge.
9. 888poker will notify players of their daily challenges via a personal email along with how many tickets or any other bonuses players can receive upon completion of the daily challenges.
10. The daily challenges begin at 12:00 AM and need to be completed by 11:59 PM on the same day. Only real money tournaments or raked hands that end before 11:59 PM will be counted towards the completion of a daily challenge. Freerolls and heads up tournaments will not be counted towards the daily challenges.
    a. A raked hand is any hand in which rake is collected and the player contributed towards the pot.
11. Players may only complete one daily challenge per day.
12. The final daily challenge must be completed 72 hours before the start of the final Deep Freeze Freeroll.
13. A player will receive their additional Tournament Tickets to the Deep Freeze Freerolls within 72 hours after they complete a daily challenge.
14. A minimum of 100 registered players is required for a Deep Freeze Freeroll to take place. If less than 100 players are registered, such Deep Freeze Freeroll may be cancelled.
15. The Deep Freeze Freerolls will occur every night at 7:05 PM and 9:05 PM ET.
16. Registration to each Deep Freeze Freeroll will open 24 hours before the each Deep Freeze Freeroll’s start time.
17. The prize package is distributed as indicated in the attachment below.
18. A player may access his Deep Freeze Freeroll Tournament Tickets from the "My Tournament Tickets" page in the "My Profile" tab or directly from the poker lobby.
19. Only one Tournament Ticket per player may be used per Deep Freeze Freeroll tournament.
20. Tournament Tickets will expire at the end of the promotion.
21. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
• Valid only in New Jersey.

Must be 21 or older to gamble. Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any Caesars Interactive promotion.
