888poker’s “The Ultra Challenge” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“We”) may grant, at its sole discretion, immediate bonuses at us.888poker.com (“888poker”).

  1. This promotion starts on January 28st, 2016 at 12:00 AM and ends on March 4th, 2016 at 11:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 888poker may restrict participation in this promotion to one person for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
  3. Players will be notified of this promotion by email and in-game message.
  4. Players must opt-in to the promotion by clicking on an opt-in link from the email or in-game message.
  5. In the email and in-game message, players will receive a personal ‘Ultra Challenge’ which will include:
    1. The amount of Status Points, between 50 and 2,000, they must earn until the end of the promotion period based on their activity in the previous month at 888poker.
    2. The amount of cash immediate bonus, between $5 and $200 (based of the player’s Status Points challenge, $1 for every 10 Status Points of the personal challenge), that will be granted to the players account upon reaching the Status Points amount in their personal challenge specified in the email and in-games message, only by reaching or surpassing the specific challenge amount will a player get the bonus.
  6. Players have 7 days to opt-in to the promotion from the date they receive the email.
  7. Players have 30 days, from the date they opt-in to the promotion, to complete their personal challenge.
  8. Once a player achieves their personal challenge, they will receive their bonus and a congratulations email within 72 hours.
  9. This promotion is subject to the 888poker Terms of Service and 888poker Bonus Policy.
  • The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
  • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6xiii.
  • Valid only in New Jersey.
