Daily $10,000 Freeroll Offer Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions of the “$10,000 Every Day” promotion (the “Promotion”) under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to each eligible player on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) who has never had a player account with 888poker.com, 2 Tournament Tickets to the "daily $10,000 freeroll" (the “Daily Freeroll”) upon registration with 888poker.com and in addition 5 Tournament Tickets for the Daily Freeroll upon their first deposit into their 888poker.com account.

This Promotion will run concurrently with any welcome bonus offer or any registration bonus offer on 888poker.com.

Before accepting the Tournament Tickets, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not accept or claim the Tournament Tickets. The terms and conditions for this offer are to be read in conjunction with:

(i) the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and

(ii) the us.888.com Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”).

In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or these Daily Freeroll terms and conditions, the Terms of Service or these Daily Freeroll terms and conditions shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and these Daily Freeroll terms and conditions, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. The Promotion shall commence on November 21, 2013 and shall conclude on January 13, 2014 (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion) (the “Promotion Period”). The Daily Freeroll shall take place from December 1, 2013 until the end of the Promotion Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
2. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in the Promotion: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
3. A player who : (i) completes the full registration process; (ii) confirms his email address by responding to our verification email (“Verification Email”) via clicking on a link contained within such Verification Email up until 1 day before the end of the Promotion Period; (iii) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com, and (iv) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey, may be entitled to the 2 Tournament Tickets to the Daily Freeroll.
4. A player who: (i) completes the full registration process; (ii) makes a first time deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit amount as may be determined by us in our sole discretion from time to time into his 888poker.com account; (iii) is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com and (iv) plays on 888poker.com within the State of New Jersey, may be entitled to the 5 Tournament Tickets for the Daily Freeroll.
5. Players may be asked at any stage to provide us with documents to verify their age and/or identity.
6. Players have up to 35 days or until the end of the Promotion Period to use their Tournament Tickets, whichever comes first.
7. The number of players in each of the Daily Freeroll is restricted to a maximum of 3,000 players.
8. The Daily Freeroll must have a minimum of 200 players or the Daily Freeroll will be cancelled and the applicable Tournament Ticket will be returned to the player. For more information regarding the Tournament Tickets please see here.
9. Players who have made their first deposit in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Promotion Period and complete a daily challenge (the “Daily Challenge”) provided by 888poker.com, will receive 2 extra Tournament Tickets for the Daily Freeroll during the Promotion Period. Players will automatically receive the 2 extra Tournament Tickets within 72 hours of completing each Daily Challenge.
10. The first Daily Challenge will be sent to a player’s email address within 72 hours after making their first deposit on 888poker.com. By way of example a Daily Challenge may mean that a player is challenged to play in three tournaments on a specified day on 888poker.com.
11. 888poker.com will cease sending Daily Challenges to players 120 hours prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
12. Players must complete their Daily Challenge as specified by 888poker.com.
13. Players must complete their Daily Challenge 96 hours prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
14. The Daily Challenges begin at 00:01 EST and need to be completed by 23:59 EST. Tournaments or games that end after 23:59 EST will not be counted towards the completion of the Daily Challenge.
15. Players can participate in more than one Daily Challenge per day during the Promotion Period.
16. Players can login & logout of their 888poker.com account multiple times during each Daily Challenge without it affecting their contribution to completing the Daily Challenge.
17. Tournaments with free buy-ins and Heads-Up tables are not counted towards the total number of tournaments needed to complete the challenge.
18. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change the frequency of the Daily Freeroll.
19. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by a player or any third party.
20. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
